Accredited Investors Only

Must show two-year history of one of the following:

• $1 Million Net Worth

or

• Income of $200,000 (Individuals)
• Income of $300,000 (Married/Joint)

Debt Investment

• 5-7.5% return
• Senior secured pari passu interest in all fund assets
• Quarterly interest payments
• IRA money accepted
• Note rate published quarterly (currently 5.5 to 7.5%)
• 9 month, 12 month and 24 month notes available (see current note schedule)

Equity Investment

• 10-12% target return
• Distributions paid quarterly
• $50,000 minimum
• 2-year commitment
